**Meeting Date:** 16th Jul, 2026 - 2:00 PM

---

**Jade Clyne** *[00:04]*: Okay. Yes, yes. So I'm on agenda and I took notes for all the homework assignments or most of the homework assignments that we.
**Jarrett Henson** *[00:13]*: Have.
**Jade Clyne** *[00:16]*: So we can go down those one by one if you would like.
**Naked Heart** *[00:21]*: Sure. What address? A little bit about what Jeremy is just saying interchangeability, just so that you know which ones I. The question in the field was why did this David have to have things be a particular way? And the reality is don't. Except for two exceptions, there are some systems that just don't work. Like evapotrons don't work for camp of this size. So it's my consultancy to say don't do those things. And then we exist within a larger construct, almost like a village where most of the camp have history with each other and have standardized on some certain ways of. And what is there's interchangeability. Like if your fresh water pump goes down, you can next door and say one of your pumps and you just screw yours through in theirs and you're in business in two minutes versus to cobble together as parts.
**Naked Heart** *[01:37]*: Thing that integrates. The execution of the fresh water pumps, all the hard matory shade the floats and the modified frame hammers and staking loops for the dormitories.
**Jade Clyne** *[02:10]*: Well, David, you're cutting out a little bit. I wonder if turning off our video might be helpful.
**Naked Heart** *[02:21]*: Sure. I don't need my video.
**Jarrett Henson** *[02:24]*: Yeah, it cut out for me too. And I, I. There was a whole bunch of stuff there at the end that I didn't hear.
**Naked Heart** *[02:33]*: So what I was saying is that there was some talk in the field about, oh, why does everything have to be so particular? And David seems to have his ways and I do and they come from a good place. But mostly they are to steer you clear of things that absolutely don't work on Playa for a camp your size. And also to have interchangeability amongst camp. Four or five of the camp that we all go hub together with have common histories and make their parts in a very similar way. And for mission critical stuff, if you have like a fresh water pump go down, you literally can walk next door and borrow one from your neighbors and have it back in service in two minutes instead of having to adapt a bunch of parts and pieces in a janky way.
**Naked Heart** *[03:27]*: So I am completely unattached with how you do things for the vast majority of the stuff that you're building with the exception of some things which I'm going to. Those things are the keter rail on the trailer, the fresh water Pump, execution, float, switch, execution. The staking loops for the dormitory. Modifying the framing hammers and all the dormitory shade hardware. The poles, the hardware, the straps, the. The wires. That kind of stuff. Was everybody able to hear me better?
**Jade Clyne** *[04:09]*: Yes. Yes.
**Jarrett Henson** *[04:09]*: I got everything.
**Naked Heart** *[04:11]*: Okay. Does that make sense, what I said?
**Jade Clyne** *[04:17]*: Yes. Yes.
**Jarrett Henson** *[04:19]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[04:22]*: The beauty of Burning man is it's really hard to get it wrong. Like, you might cause yourself some heartache and grief, but it's not really wrong. You just. It's an opportunity for learning, and I don't want to take that away from anybody, because that's the fun of it. So just with those things, have at it and do whatever you want. I will kind of keep an eye on things. And the more you can kind of clue me into where your brain is moving, I can say, oh, you know, that's one of those things. The community kind of works. Rejected about 10 years ago because it has this problem. This problem. This problem. This is what we do instead. And then you can take that information and either use it or discard it. Is that a working process for everybody?
**Jade Clyne** *[05:12]*: Yes. Yeah, I think that sounds good.
**Naked Heart** *[05:15]*: Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[05:17]*: Is that. Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[05:18]*: The rest of the build team. Okay with that?
**Jade Clyne** *[05:23]*: Okay. Sorry. So. Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[05:25]*: Because we can't see everybody. Everybody's listening and. And on board. Right.
**Jade Clyne** *[05:29]*: This is Keith. This is Keith. I'm on board, what he said. Yeah, it's good.
**Jarrett Henson** *[05:32]*: Okay, good.
**Jade Clyne** *[05:33]*: We're just trying to set up this pump system and electrical, and we're kind of lost because we don't know what we're hooking into, how we should wire things and how this. Where we should mount the pumps and where they lay on the ground. Are we going to build a box for them or.
**Naked Heart** *[05:50]*: Yeah, let's talk about that, because this will be an example of how I'm interfacing with you, and it'll give you a clue about how best to use me. My job with that project has been to make sure that all the parts are gathered. There hasn't yet been a download where I've said, this is what to do with the parts. So that's where you're kind of stumbling, because the parts don't necessarily imply where to go. So let's just give the download now, and you can see what a download looks like, and then you can do what you will with it.
**Jade Clyne** *[06:28]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[06:29]*: So the pump just.
**Jarrett Henson** *[06:30]*: David, I also wanted to introduce you to Jarrett. He's going to be doing the. The ker rails and. Oh, the welding and some electrical stuff. All right.
**Naked Heart** *[06:41]*: Hi, Jarrett.
**Jarrett Henson** *[06:42]*: Hi, David.
**Naked Heart** *[06:44]*: And I Assume Keith is who I saw in Jade's picture. And is that Jeremy's dad?
**Jade Clyne** *[06:49]*: It is.
**Naked Heart** *[06:50]*: Okay. Good to meet you.
**Jade Clyne** *[06:53]*: Nice to meet you. I know you asked me to call you, but I wanted to get kind of familiar with what's going on.
**Naked Heart** *[06:59]*: Yeah. So this might seem like a detour, but I think that this download will be instructive for everybody about sort of how the working relationship can work. So I'm assuming you have a 110 volt RV pressure pump. You've got two braided hoses like are used for toilets. You've got a brass fitting, you have some shrink wrap, heat shrink tubing, and you have a power cord and possibly a brass fitting that goes into a hose. Is that correct?
**Jade Clyne** *[07:36]*: I've seen a lot of stuff here, but I'm not sure what it, where it goes.
**Naked Heart** *[07:40]*: Okay. So Jade.
**Jade Clyne** *[07:42]*: Yes.
**Naked Heart** *[07:42]*: There is on the master list, fresh water pump project has been broken out into its own series of items. Do you see that?
**Jade Clyne** *[07:56]*: Yes. Let me go to my, to the shelf supply master list real quick.
**Naked Heart** *[08:02]*: Okay, so I'm seeing one line 156.
**Jade Clyne** *[08:05]*: 156. Okay, sweet. Yeah. Yeah. So I was able.
**Naked Heart** *[08:12]*: With line 156 through 163, he should have everything to be successful.
**Jade Clyne** *[08:18]*: Okay, I got you. Yeah, we received probably half of these things that I was able to process. There might be some things that are at Jeremy's house right now that have not been processed yet, but we definitely have the transfer pump and the outlet fitting and the heat shrink tubing that I, I definitely can confirm.
**Naked Heart** *[08:46]*: Okay, well, you can't really do anything until you get line 162, the in and out hoses.
**Jade Clyne** *[08:55]*: Okay. This says it's or it was ordered June 28th.
**Jarrett Henson** *[08:59]*: I've seen those hoses. I do believe they're.
**Jade Clyne** *[09:02]*: They're.
**Jarrett Henson** *[09:03]*: They're at the gulch.
**Jade Clyne** *[09:04]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[09:05]*: However, when were looking for the electrical cords, I, I don't remember seeing them. So they got to be out there somewhere, but we should have them.
**Jade Clyne** *[09:13]*: Okay. They're probably in the pod. I just couldn't, I couldn't confirm what they were.
**Naked Heart** *[09:20]*: Yeah. So I have tried to make this master list kind of a pull sheet so that when you are about to embark on a project, you have some indicator of what the things are so that when you start somebody on a project, they aren't pulling their hair out saying, oh, well, it start, stop. I can only get so far until I run out of things. If they have everything in that section, they should have all the stuff to be successful. Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[09:56]*: Where do we mount the pump though? We have a sureflow pump.
**Naked Heart** *[09:59]*: Yeah. So it sits on the ground.
**Jade Clyne** *[10:01]*: Just set it on the ground. Set on the ground and set it on the ground.
**Naked Heart** *[10:06]*: No, just set it on the ground.
**Jade Clyne** *[10:08]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[10:09]*: Do you think you could share this with me? The document?
**Jade Clyne** *[10:14]*: Yes. Yeah, I can. I can share a view with you.
**Jarrett Henson** *[10:17]*: Thank you.
**Jade Clyne** *[10:20]*: And the sureflow pump has plastic fittings.
**Naked Heart** *[10:23]*: Yeah. So let's talk about that. And first we're going to talk about the hoses. So you've seen toilet hoses before, right?
**Jade Clyne** *[10:32]*: Yes.
**Naked Heart** *[10:33]*: Okay. Well, most toilet hoses have one half inch female pipe thread one end and this weird plastic thing on the other side. The hoses I specified have half inch pipe thread on both ends. And although pipe thread is tapered, these hoses have a gasket in there. So they thread on to those plastic fittings on the pump because those fittings are really dicey and really delicate. So we put the hoses on there permanently and never take them off because the possibility of cross threading is really high.
**Jade Clyne** *[11:19]*: You use any kind of thread tape?
**Naked Heart** *[11:21]*: Nope. Nope. You absolutely don't use thread tape because those are gasketed. They aren't making use of tapered threads. They're just using the thread pitch to press onto that rubber gasket that's inside the hose.
**Jade Clyne** *[11:34]*: So are these half inch hoses? Do they have 3 8id with half inch fittings or they have. Can you get half inch ID?
**Naked Heart** *[11:42]*: No, it's probably 38 ID.
**Jade Clyne** *[11:44]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[11:45]*: It looks like a standard braided wire jacket over a standard hose.
**Jade Clyne** *[11:50]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[11:50]*: Just like you see at Home Depot. In fact, they're Home Depot hoses.
**Jarrett Henson** *[11:54]*: Yeah, they're. They're just stock. From what I can look at right here, they're just half inch.
**Jade Clyne** *[12:01]*: I just worry about flow, whether you get enough through the hose.
**Naked Heart** *[12:04]*: Well, I'll tell you. I use one of these pumps to service an entire 250 person camp. Oh, wow. Including seven swamp coolers that service an entire house. So if you're familiar with whole house swamp coolers, we have seven of those. Those are all running. The shower's running, the kitchen's running. The whole camp runs off one of these pumps. Okay, so I, I understand your skepticism. And this is one of those things. Don't worry about it. It works.
**Jade Clyne** *[12:40]*: Okay, so as far as you're just running it to a faucet on.
**Jarrett Henson** *[12:44]*: Off.
**Jade Clyne** *[12:44]*: Faucet.
**Naked Heart** *[12:45]*: Yes.
**Jade Clyne** *[12:45]*: By. To turn the faucet off, be a faucet inside the. Inside the kitchen.
**Naked Heart** *[12:52]*: Yep.
**Jade Clyne** *[12:53]*: And they can turn it on and turn it off.
**Naked Heart** *[12:56]*: Yeah. There's the little black square on the nose of this pump is a pressure switch. So it pumps until it hits pressure, then it turns itself off.
**Jade Clyne** *[13:05]*: Okay. Yeah, I read that in the manual on it.
**Naked Heart** *[13:10]*: Yeah. So one of the items here is a power cable. You just need to hook the bright wires up. We're using blue butt crimp connectors and then heat shrink tubing over all your connections. So make sure you put the heat shrink tubing over the power cord before you make your connections. The tubing is sized to go over all those butt splices as long as they're staggered. And it's adhesive lined. So it's a very waterproof once it's heat shrunk.
**Jade Clyne** *[13:43]*: Yeah, I know we're all familiar with what you're talking about. And adhesive shrink tube.
**Naked Heart** *[13:48]*: Yeah.
**Jade Clyne** *[13:49]*: And okay. And yeah, because the cords they have are just standard plugs on the end. Plug them into like a 110.
**Naked Heart** *[13:58]*: Yeah. This should have come up with just wire stubs, no power cord, Right?
**Jade Clyne** *[14:02]*: Yeah, they do. And they've also. They've already bought the power cords.
**Naked Heart** *[14:07]*: Yeah. So that's part of this. So the way we use these pumps is on the outlet braided hose. There will be a half inch male pipe to male garden hose adapter that screws into the end of the hose. So everything downstream, this pump is all garden hose technology.
**Jade Clyne** *[14:29]*: Okay. So we want to use like RV water supply hose.
**Naked Heart** *[14:33]*: We just use standard garden hoses.
**Jade Clyne** *[14:38]*: Okay, Well, I guess RV is drinkable, you know, water.
**Naked Heart** *[14:41]*: I, I understand that. And you're gonna have a hard time finding 100 foot RV hose.
**Jade Clyne** *[14:49]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[14:50]*: These things snake all over the place. And it's better to get large diameter ones than it is to get ones that are flavor free.
**Jade Clyne** *[15:01]*: So the five, eight garden hose.
**Naked Heart** *[15:03]*: Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[15:04]*: Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[15:05]*: Reinforced 100ft.
**Naked Heart** *[15:08]*: Yeah. Unlikely to kink is your most vital criteria.
**Jade Clyne** *[15:14]*: Okay. All right.
**Naked Heart** *[15:16]*: Because what's going to happen is you're going to coil these up into a garbage can at the end of the burn.
**Jade Clyne** *[15:21]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[15:22]*: They're going to bake in the desert for a year. Oh, wow. And any kinks that get induced in coiling are going to get permanently transmitted to that hose and it won't be recoverable.
**Jade Clyne** *[15:36]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[15:38]*: So go ghost. Decent quality on these. Don't cheap out on the hoses.
**Jade Clyne** *[15:44]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[15:46]*: David, can I ask you something?
**Naked Heart** *[15:48]*: Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[15:51]*: When I was talking to Keith, there was a discussion about two different termination points for the water. One was an interior faucet for Sink or kitchen one was an exterior spigot.
**Naked Heart** *[16:01]*: There's going to be three or four termination points.
**Jarrett Henson** *[16:06]*: Okay. Can you talk to me about that?
**Naked Heart** *[16:08]*: Yeah. So thank you for being on board because these are questions I put into the field, but the group hasn't really addressed it because I think it's hard to wrap their heads around it. So now we're getting to the point that we could. People can imagine how this is going to work. So from the pressure pump you're going to go to a faucet riser. This is where people can either fill up their water bottles, fill up wash basins for the dishwashing station, do other things that campers need water for. This is this should also have a catch basin underneath it because people spill. There will also be a water supply to the kitchen. So you might even have another spigot in there because you're going to be filling up these big ass pots for doing a sous vide style boil and bag food preparation.
**Naked Heart** *[17:11]*: You're not going to be able to put a 30 gallon pot under the outlet of a kitchen sink. So you need another riser in the kitchen trailer. Plus there is the kitchen sink that's in the trailer itself that looks like a household kitchen sink for washing vegetables and hands. And then you're going to supply water to the shower. I think that's the only water outlets you have.
**Jade Clyne** *[17:43]*: And we just w that 100 and run hoses to each of these.
**Naked Heart** *[17:48]*: Yes. And you use wise to split them. So it's. You'll probably have one hose that goes to the kitchen trailer and then you will internally split that into this pot filling station and the vegetable wash sink.
**Jade Clyne** *[18:06]*: Okay. Using standard guard hose wise.
**Naked Heart** *[18:13]*: Outside the kitchen trailer. Yes. So make sure that you know they have on off valves for each of the y legs.
**Jade Clyne** *[18:21]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[18:23]*: And you can't really get this one wrong because you're going to re engineer this system every year for the next three years because as you use it you'll say oh well, we should have done blah, blah. And so you have your to get list for next year and you build the refinement to do it better. This is just a first cut so that you can run the camp and better understand how to do it better.
**Jarrett Henson** *[18:55]*: David, can I ask about valves and the pump? So is the pump always on? If not, how does it turn on and then how does that interact with valves at each termination point?
**Naked Heart** *[19:14]*: Sure. The pump is a constant pressure pump. When it comes up to pressure, it turns itself off. When it gets below pressure, it turns itself On. Does that answer your question?
**Jarrett Henson** *[19:30]*: It absolutely does. Which essentially an auto switch. So when we relieve pressure or open it up and it decreases the pressure, whatever internal floats, missing mechanisms in there, clicks it on for the user.
**Jade Clyne** *[19:44]*: Yep.
**Jarrett Henson** *[19:45]*: Okay, great. And by what have you seen from, you know, multiple terminations being used simultaneously?
**Naked Heart** *[19:55]*: The only use that you're going to have that interferes is filling up a big pot of water in the kitchen and trying to take a shower.
**Jarrett Henson** *[20:06]*: Got it. So 2 high flow rate vents essentially.
**Naked Heart** *[20:10]*: And you can change it mid burn. The hose I'm going to specify, that leaves your water basin, your water supply vessel. The IBC will have two garden hose outlets and that will allow you to run two of these pumps simultaneously if you want. My preference is that you always have a hot spare because we do burn up these pumps.
**Jarrett Henson** *[20:45]*: So that makes sense. So the interchangeability kind of in a pivot slightly, the key interchangeability piece is after the braided wire. Braided wire line. Is that correct?
**Naked Heart** *[21:00]*: The braided lines always stay on the pumps. So a complete pump unit is a pump with two braided lines attached. The inlet is just raw hose with a fitting. The outlet has the adapter to go to garden hose. That complete unit is the interchangeable unit that all the camp use. Okay,.
**Jarrett Henson** *[21:27]*: Excellent. Thank you.
**Naked Heart** *[21:33]*: So let's go a little high altitude here. So that was a download on fresh water pumps. There are downloads available for each one of these systems that are just like that. And in as much as you want that from me, I'm available for it either in these meetings or at other times via phone call. And it's a lot easier for you to make use of the download when you've actually seen all the physical pieces because now it makes sense. Oh, that's where that thing goes. Okay. It makes sense.
**Jarrett Henson** *[22:14]*: Where?
**Naked Heart** *[22:14]*: It's really hard to imagine it if you've never seen any of the pieces and the information doesn't get in the same way. So I'm going to leave it up to you to figure out when you want downloads on each of these systems.
**Jade Clyne** *[22:31]*: I think we'd kind of like a download on the electrical too. Okay. Because you're supplying some type of a connection for us to hook into. Yep. We have to run that into the trailers, air conditioners, all that stuff. So I don't know whether we're doing all big long extension cords or, you know, just standard cords adapters.
**Naked Heart** *[22:56]*: Yeah. So that is in this master list. Let me point to where it is for Jade's thing. Line 245 says 10 gauge extension cords. Do you see that, Jade?
**Jade Clyne** *[23:15]*: Yeah, the. Yeah. Yep.
**Naked Heart** *[23:18]*: Okay. Those have not been purchased or even thought about by this group yet. There's also somewhere else in here. 10 Gauge triple taps. Keith, you know what a triple tap is?
**Jade Clyne** *[23:35]*: I'm not sure what you're describing.
**Naked Heart** *[23:38]*: It's usually about a two foot long extension cord that has a male plug and it terminates into three female receptacles.
**Jade Clyne** *[23:47]*: I know what you're talking about.
**Naked Heart** *[23:49]*: Okay. The beauty of those is that they preserve the 10 gauge capacity throughout the fixture. They won't deprive you of any of your capacity. And those are the only things I found that do it that well. So when you're building what I'll call the backbone of your electrical system, use 10 gauge and 10 gauge triple taps. Don't cheat. Don't cheap out on that one.
**Jade Clyne** *[24:19]*: Do you get part numbers for these or anything where to get them?
**Naked Heart** *[24:22]*: No, but Home Depot, if you guys need part numbers, I'll look it up. Just be aware I'm not cheap in this moment. Supposed to have wrapped this up back in June. I'm trying to organize my own camp. I'm willing to be as helpful as necessary, but I think you guys can do some of this legwork. It's going to take about five minutes per part number to start looking things up. If you want me to go that way.
**Jade Clyne** *[24:50]*: I know, I know most places when you go in there, everybody's trying to sell you a 16 gauge extension cord and a 16 gauge adapter and yeah, 14 gauge, but 10 gauge for this case I understand.
**Naked Heart** *[25:02]*: Yeah, Home depot definitely has 10 gauge.
**Jade Clyne** *[25:05]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[25:07]*: They may not be the cheapest. Amazon also says they have 10 gauge. But I often times am very suspicious that you're actually getting what they say you're getting when you buy off Amazon. So just use your spidey sense on this.
**Jade Clyne** *[25:23]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[25:26]*: Can I ask just a couple of clarifying questions regarding the power source here? So the one coming into the camp, you said There is a 10 gauge extension cord set on 110 and what's the amperage per cord?
**Naked Heart** *[25:46]*: So actually I didn't say anything about that, but I can. Now I'm going to send you five gauge that has a capacity of 70amps. It's hooked up to a 70amp breaker back at the main distribution panel and I can send you as many of those as you want. I think you only need two. One will end up near the kitchen and one will end up in the dormitory area because those are your major loads. The other load you have is going to be your interactivity up front. But that's the reason for 10 gauge extension cords. You should be able to go from the kitchen or the dormitory towards the front with 10 gauge and have plenty for your computers. Does that part make sense?
**Jarrett Henson** *[26:42]*: Yeah, it does. I guess the question is, so when you're running the five gauge 70amp that's coming over, what's the termination look like on our end?
**Naked Heart** *[26:56]*: It'll look like standard Edison duplex.
**Jarrett Henson** *[27:00]*: Okay. And then from that you're saying downsize it to the 10 gauge?
**Naked Heart** *[27:12]*: Yeah, I mean, you know a duplex. Yeah, a duplex outlet is usually rated at 15amps and you can buy special 20amp ones. And 10 gauge is kind of sized for 30amps. The reason we go 10 gauge is to avoid line loss in really long runs.
**Jarrett Henson** *[27:33]*: Sure.
**Naked Heart** *[27:34]*: And so, you know, I would recommend your 10 gauges be 100 footers. You have a 200 foot camp depth. You should be able to get to where you want to go with 100 foot 10 gauge backbone from the dormitory to the interactivity up front. And then you could branch out once you get to the frontage.
**Jarrett Henson** *[27:57]*: So just. And you gotta understand, I'm a master electrician's kid. Okay, so you're telling me we got a 70amp 5 gauge running to a 15amp 4 outlet or you know, 2 gang duplex?
**Naked Heart** *[28:16]*: No, it'll probably have like 8 duplex receptacles.
**Jarrett Henson** *[28:22]*: Okay. Where is the invert? Like, I mean it's got a, it's a lot of power for small gauge wire. And you know, you've, I know you've tested all of this, but you know, it's starting to make my circuit board short circuit a little bit.
**Naked Heart** *[28:43]*: So let me satisfy your concerns.
**Jarrett Henson** *[28:47]*: You understand my concern though, right?
**Naked Heart** *[28:50]*: Yeah. And then there's also burning man engineering. Totally. If it works and it's worked for 10 years, then clearly it works. And, and that's the realm we're in. So the reason we use 70amp breakers is that's the point that the plugs start to melt. So the five gauge is not the weak link here. The 50amp dryer plugs are. So the wire I'm going to Send you is 5 gauge, 3 conductors, 120 volts. The connectors are NEMA 6, which most people view as a dryer plug or a welder plug. And we have found that before the breaker switch you're going to start getting a little melty on the plug. Downstream of that we now Go from dryer plug to a multitude of Edison duplex sometime and there's breakers in there. So there's like 20amp breakers for each, four plugs.
**Naked Heart** *[30:09]*: And then you plug whatever you want in there, however you see fit and it all works. And if you flip a breaker, you regigger which what you have plugged in where? And by breaker I mean the one that's on the end of the big wire that I've sent you. Because typically I have a panel that has four circuits. Each circuit has a 20amp breaker. Each circuit services two duplex outlets. Does that make sense or satisfy?
**Jarrett Henson** *[30:44]*: Absolutely. So you know, aside from, you know, melting plugs, but like you said, it works and it has worked. So I'm going to roll with it and just trust your expertise on it. And like you say, if it works, let's just keep going out of failure.
**Naked Heart** *[30:58]*: On a melted plug. It's just like, oh, we got a melted plug. Swap that one out for next year. Cool.
**Jarrett Henson** *[31:04]*: It's normalized and we're all good. Right. That's just, you know, gravity at this point. So the question I have. So essentially, just to kind of reframe it's a 70amp mobile panel that you're putting in front of us. Three of those, is that correct?
**Naked Heart** *[31:22]*: At least two.
**Jarrett Henson** *[31:24]*: At least two. But that's essentially what it is, right. The 70amp to a duplex. It's essentially a mobile panel that have 20 to 15amp breakers that we can split up and do whatever we need to with. Yeah, got it. Okay. So that opens up a lot of possibilities. And then is each. Yeah, I'll have to just look it up. If you even had an image that would satisfy everything that I need. It helps me figure out how we're tying some things in.
**Naked Heart** *[31:57]*: Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[31:57]*: As we build this trailer, that stuff's.
**Naked Heart** *[31:59]*: Out in the desert, but I am building some. But I won't have them complete until very close to the event. So it's not going to really help you out.
**Jarrett Henson** *[32:07]*: But it could be. It could be on a napkin for all I care.
**Naked Heart** *[32:09]*: Sure. Well, you know what a two gang box looks like? A two gang handy box.
**Jarrett Henson** *[32:14]*: Oh yeah.
**Naked Heart** *[32:16]*: Imagine four of those glued on the outside of a small sub panel.
**Jarrett Henson** *[32:21]*: Got it. That's easy done. Okay, that makes total sense. And then each one is break. It has a breaker.
**Naked Heart** *[32:30]*: Each Handy box of two outlets has its own breaker of 20amps.
**Jarrett Henson** *[32:34]*: Got it. Got it. You know, that sounds good. I mean, we're engineering the trailer for the burn, but also for future use as well. Just to kind of maximize the trailer usage for the 300 and you know, for the 50, 51 other weeks. So you know how, what's your thoughts on you know, creating or having a generator, like a solar generator out there with us to help power some things?
**Naked Heart** *[33:03]*: Well, however you want to power it is up to you. This is my thought on what a kitchen needs. Each of those fridges is going to be 4 to 6amps. Usually they run around 4amps. And my thought is that you'd have three of them side by side across the width of the trailer. At the back by the drop down door, your lights are going to take maybe 6amps total. So now you're in the 10amp range. I mean you're into like the 20amp range. I would not suggest doing anything that's real power intensive. Like anything that makes heat. You don't need microwaves, you don't need hot pots, you don't need coffee makers. All those things start causing a lot of problems. So for your first year, make hot with propane. Like no rice cookers. Just try not to make hot with electricity.
**Naked Heart** *[34:15]*: You might want to have some minor outlets for food processors or blenders or things like that. But we don't even run toasters at our camp. We, we just don't make hot with electricity. And then you could just run extension cords along the floor behind your benches and you'd be fine. Does that kind of answer where your brain was at?
**Jarrett Henson** *[34:52]*: Well, absolutely, sorry, absolutely. But and also like so my thought was, you know, we get all the, you know, common receptacles. We get the receptacles kind of wired in for the refrigerators and got some other auxiliary things that we're talking about for know, future use or for this as well. And I was going to run them into a distribution box, you know, like a standard RV distribution box, essentially a panel inside the trailer that has an inlet that's kind of a standard generator inlet. But there isn't really a conversion off of what you're supplying for that. That, that makes a ton of sense. So we just have to make sure that if we're leveraging our distribution box, we're doing it off of the generator and not trying to kind of Frankenstein the two together is what I'm hearing.
**Naked Heart** *[35:55]*: Well, I would think of your whole trailer as an appliance. You know, you have a, a thing that comes in, you know, whether that is a shore power cable, 50amp, shore power cable, 30amp. Those are the two RV standards. And you just plug in your trailer. Where my brain goes to these things when they're my personal projects is I have no idea how I'm going to want it. Let's use it first and then harden it up to support the use that we've decided on. I think you're going to go through version 1, 2, 3 and 4 in your brain of how best to set this trailer up during the week you're at the burn. Like I think, I don't think it's possible to say, oh, this is what we want and actually have that be what you want.
**Jarrett Henson** *[36:53]*: So that makes total sense. So I, I, you know, it helps me to kind of know the cones, what's coming and then also what kind of liberties we have. Kind of set this up and it sounds like there's a lot, but also some really good historical information on what works best that you're providing us.
**Naked Heart** *[37:12]*: Which is great with extension cords inside because you have the ability to run them on the floor behind these benches that you have strapped to the wall and just short leads of extension cord that have triple taps on the end and that way you can just plug them together like Tinker toys and you can rewire your trailer three times during the burn if you want.
**Jarrett Henson** *[37:37]*: You had mentioned a 30amp or a 50amp and those are usually like three or four prong twist ins. Is that a thing?
**Naked Heart** *[37:49]*: Well, here's what I'm recommending is that when you're dealing with a mobile unit, a trailer, treat it like all the other mobile units, RVs, trailers, all that kind of stuff. So 30amp RV connections are a big ass three prong. It doesn't. It has two blades that are at a 60 degree angle and a ground and then the 50amps are a four bladed round twist lock. And if you just google RV 30amp, RV 50amp, you'll see the two standards. I would go with one of those two standards then. The 30amp standard has an adapter that allows you to plug it into a standard household outlet,.
**Jade Clyne** *[38:47]*: Which is what you're supplying. Yeah, yeah, that one probably best, I guess.
**Jarrett Henson** *[38:54]*: But what I'm also hearing is that the maximum amperage that would then draw would be 20 based on the duplex that you're providing. Is that correct?
**Naked Heart** *[39:03]*: I throw 30amps through those things all the time.
**Jarrett Henson** *[39:06]*: Okay. And that's. So if we just made a conversion to plug into that, we literally could just plug right into the duplex. Dedicated, most likely. And it would do what we needed to do. Yeah, excellent. That that is fantastic news.
**Jade Clyne** *[39:22]*: All.
**Jarrett Henson** *[39:23]*: Everything you just said is great.
**Naked Heart** *[39:26]*: Yeah, I. I wouldn't. I wouldn't get too far in the weeds on this kitchen trailer at this point. You guys are really behind the wire time. Time wise. There's some big stuff that you have to take care of in order to meet your obligations to the people who paid to be in this camp. And they're not going to care that you have a dialed in kitchen trailer if some other really important thing isn't present.
**Jarrett Henson** *[39:59]*: That is one of the reasons that I am on this call. And we're going to. Sorry, I'll jump in here and just say, yeah. That's why we brought Jared in as some accelerant and backup. But I definitely have told everyone that we need to get the prototypes done first before we do any kind of luxury stuff. But, you know, also, Jarrett has a team of people as well, so it probably. It probably doesn't really affect us if they're working on something extra.
**Naked Heart** *[40:31]*: Yeah. Great. So, Jared, I like how your brain works, probably because it works like mine. So I feel like I say something, you hear it, and the picture that's in your head is the one that's in my head. So that's a really strong working relationship. And through this whole process, you're the first person I run across where that's true. So I'm going to lean on you a lot. Is that okay? Jarrett?
**Jarrett Henson** *[41:03]*: That sounds great. And I think that your. Your description is accurate, so it's great.
**Naked Heart** *[41:11]*: Let me just do a high altitude brain dump on you here. The things that are really important for this project is the keter rail on the semi trailer. And that's because two reasons. One, it's a required support for the communal shade. Like, if you don't have that, you don't get to use that very expensive structure. And second, that semi trailer has to leave to get shipped to Nevada early in this process. So everything that's part of that trailer and everything that's in that trailer has to be chronologically prioritized. Does that make sense?
**Jarrett Henson** *[41:56]*: Yeah, absolutely.
**Naked Heart** *[41:58]*: Okay. The kitchen trailer leaves later. So in my mind, the kitchen trailer is a lesser priority because you have more time to work on it. So things I'm really pinpointing are the keter rail, because it's important. The dormitory shade hardware, because it's going to get shipped in that trailer. The IBCs, because they're going to get shipped in that trailer. So preferably the shower and the fresh water and the gray water stuff. And I've also Have another list of things that go in that trailer. And so I'm really hoping to get all that stuff completed so that trailer can get shipped out early August. And I can go over what all those things are in more detail later.
**Jarrett Henson** *[43:03]*: That or even if you have the documents on those or if they're already available, that's. That's great. I mean, we're. We're going to probably have. Not probably. We'll have 100% of the infrastructure stuff done by the end of next week.
**Jade Clyne** *[43:16]*: Great.
**Naked Heart** *[43:16]*: Great.
**Jarrett Henson** *[43:18]*: Okay, so we'll have Keter rail done in theory. I haven't seen the polls yet, the standing polls, but, you know, I haven't talked about those, but we'll get those. The stakes. IBC should be dialed in. And then we haven't really talked about the dormitory. What was it? The dormitory.
**Naked Heart** *[43:37]*: So I believe Jeremy's calling it the illuminated structure. It's a.
**Jarrett Henson** *[43:47]*: It does appear that Jarrett had not seen the master spreadsheet, but. Yeah, I mean, previously it was called the Illuminat, but it's dormitories where everyone's sleeping. It's sunshade.
**Naked Heart** *[43:56]*: Yeah. So you've received the shade cloth parts for that. But there's a whole document that you probably should look at called the Alps Himalayas. So if somebody could share that. We have the Alps.
**Jarrett Henson** *[44:14]*: We also have a summary thing. So Jade, send that over to him.
**Naked Heart** *[44:19]*: The beauty of the original document is it's step by step instructions on how to make all the components. And you'll take a look at it and you'll say, oh, yeah, makes sense. It's really a well written document.
**Jade Clyne** *[44:36]*: Yeah. Because were kind of questioning where to weld those washers to the stakes.
**Naked Heart** *[44:40]*: Okay. That's not included in that document because that's a David Braun modification of that structure.
**Jade Clyne** *[44:46]*: Okay. So how far down does the washer set from the head of the stake?
**Naked Heart** *[44:50]*: I would put it at a quarter of an inch. So you have plenty of room for a bead. And also so that when you're hammering on the stake and it mushrooms, it's not really interfering with the washer.
**Jade Clyne** *[45:02]*: Okay,.
**Jarrett Henson** *[45:06]*: Got it.
**Naked Heart** *[45:08]*: It's all 100. Completely arbitrary. Because what's going to happen is you're gonna have idiots with sledgehammers hitting the washer and busting them off. And you're going to re. Weld a few every year.
**Jarrett Henson** *[45:20]*: Yeah, we. I think we need 60, but we have 80. We're going to make 80.
**Naked Heart** *[45:25]*: Well, you have to have some. You have to have at least eight that aren't welded Those are location pins for each of the four by four posts. Yeah, I think we.
**Jarrett Henson** *[45:40]*: I think we might have 100 concrete stakes. Jay, do you know?
**Jade Clyne** *[45:44]*: Yeah, we. We ordered more concrete stakes. I remember we ordered 80 in total. I remember on the sheet it says to weld 60 washers to 60 of the concrete stakes, but we ordered 60 stakes and washers. Great.
**Jarrett Henson** *[45:58]*: Oh, okay. Well, yeah, because I think we need 60 and then we're going to make 80 and then we should have more concrete stakes. So let's make sure we have all that.
**Naked Heart** *[46:06]*: Yeah, make lots while you're at it because that will then allow you to booger up a few and still not run short like those washers get busted off every year. Every year I have to go home and repair five or six of those things. So if you lost five, you know, you'd have 10 extra. So it's good to have extra. By the way, I also paint the tops orange because they are a bit of a trip hazard.
**Jade Clyne** *[46:40]*: Full boy scout thing. Yep.
**Naked Heart** *[46:46]*: Okay. So the key to rail is really important, both because of what it does and the particularity that it's handling a lot of stress. So having the tapping be done really well is important. And since we have two of the people who are going to be taking that on, can we talk a little bit about that right now?
**Jade Clyne** *[47:15]*: Sure.
**Naked Heart** *[47:16]*: Okay. I assume that you've seen the three photos that I've sent.
**Jade Clyne** *[47:22]*: No, we have not. But we did do a little test over here to their 16 centers on all these rails.
**Naked Heart** *[47:30]*: Yep.
**Jade Clyne** *[47:30]*: And we drilled, dad.
**Jarrett Henson** *[47:33]*: You did. You did see the photos. But.
**Jade Clyne** *[47:36]*: Oh, where to put it? Where to put it? Yeah, yeah.
**Naked Heart** *[47:39]*: And also another white trailer where it shows it installed.
**Jade Clyne** *[47:44]*: I don't know if I've seen that one.
**Jarrett Henson** *[47:46]*: Oh, actually, I don't know if I've seen that one. Let me see.
**Jade Clyne** *[47:51]*: I saw the little red dots. You were showing them right below that big strip of aluminum rail up at the top. So everything goes.
**Naked Heart** *[47:57]*: Yeah.
**Jade Clyne** *[47:57]*: Against that.
**Naked Heart** *[47:59]*: Yeah. There's aluminum casting at the top. That's how the roof is attached.
**Jade Clyne** *[48:03]*: Yeah.
**Naked Heart** *[48:03]*: And then between the first two blue rivets should be exactly 2 inches for the keter rail. And if you're a little bit tight, have the bottom edge of the rail, which is curved, sitting on top of a rivet. So what those rivets go into are what are called logistics bars. They're a W shaped piece of metal that if you go inside the trailer, creates two lines of E track slots. But the center of it bows in so it can touch the aluminum skin. Of the trailer. And that's the part where you're putting the. The tapped holes.
**Jade Clyne** *[48:47]*: Yeah, yeah. Right where the rivets.
**Naked Heart** *[48:49]*: Yeah. Well, the flat is about an inch to an inch and a half wide. So when you have two pieces of keter coming together, it's possible to get two side by side holes tapped in there so that the ends of each are supported.
**Jade Clyne** *[49:08]*: Okay. So you want us to cut the keter rail so that it lands on a.
**Naked Heart** *[49:12]*: You have to.
**Jade Clyne** *[49:14]*: Okay. We were just gonna zip them at those ends, but I got you.
**Naked Heart** *[49:19]*: Yeah. So here's. Here's the rationale. There is. You want to get as many fasteners in here as possible, and you want to have them perfectly lined up because there's a rope that goes through that slot. And it's a real pain in the ass to get it through if those slots are not aligned.
**Jade Clyne** *[49:44]*: Gotcha.
**Naked Heart** *[49:45]*: So I cut them using a miter saw. Aluminum cuts really well with woodworking blades. And after cutting, I make sure I file or sand the inside of that to make sure that there's aren't any burrs that are going to catch. And then you should be very careful that they align properly so that when you've drilled your holes, you don't create an offset.
**Jade Clyne** *[50:23]*: I understand.
**Naked Heart** *[50:24]*: Okay. And the two most important structural pieces, this Are the two ends. Because if it's going to fail, it's going to start at the ends and zip its way down. So be really careful that you've tapped really well on those ends. And you might consider getting a longer bolt and putting a backing nut.
**Jade Clyne** *[50:48]*: We already did that. Okay. Lock washers and backing nuts.
**Naked Heart** *[50:53]*: Okay. There are headers above the doors that don't allow you to put backing nuts on.
**Jade Clyne** *[50:59]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[50:59]*: And that's. That's the reason we tap most of them. And the main reason I tap them is because I'm working alone and I don't have the ability to hold a backing nut. Now, if you have a two person team, you could put backing nuts on all of them that you can.
**Jade Clyne** *[51:17]*: I like the tap with the backing. That idea.
**Naked Heart** *[51:19]*: Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[51:20]*: With the chief.
**Naked Heart** *[51:25]*: And then the two ends will be feeder ends and that's where the material will be introduced. And you should take a file and really open up those slots into a little bit of a wedge to make it really easy to feed. Because what's going through there is called bolt rope. It's a piece of fabric that's bonded around a rope, and that fabric will catch on the sharp edge of that little slot opening. So if you can make A V shaped wedge in there that will really help assemble this thing.
**Jade Clyne** *[52:06]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[52:09]*: Did that make sense?
**Jade Clyne** *[52:10]*: Yep.
**Naked Heart** *[52:11]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[52:13]*: Once you said bolt rope, everything came together. So that makes 100 sense. And then what's. Is it just a thick gauge rope that's inside the bolt, like the loop?
**Naked Heart** *[52:26]*: Well, you can go look at the fabric itself. You'll probably see it. What it is it's a Kevlar material that's bonded around a piece of rope.
**Jarrett Henson** *[52:38]*: Got it? No, I'm looking at it now, so. No, we're good. And then do you guys ever fish tape those through or you just feed it?
**Naked Heart** *[52:48]*: No need. What you do is you get a piece of rope and you tie it onto a big D ring that's at one end of it. And another person gets on top of the trailer to act as a feeder, and a bunch of other people splay it out on the far side to feed it to the feeder. And one person pulls on the rope, the other person makes sure it doesn't kink. All the other people are feeding it to the guy on top of the trailer. And in five minutes, it's through.
**Jarrett Henson** *[53:15]*: Yep, there's. And they're spreading it out so it doesn't bunch up. That makes total sense.
**Naked Heart** *[53:19]*: Yeah. Now, everything gets more complex once you start adding in playa dust. So the first year will be easy, the second year gets harder. And the worst is when it's a sharp, freshly cut edge that hasn't been relieved, especially on the downward side, and it's just snagging, snagging. So do yourself a favor and make sure There's a nice 45 degree notch that's been eased with 80 grit sandpaper.
**Jade Clyne** *[53:55]*: You feed from one particular end of the trailer to the other.
**Naked Heart** *[53:59]*: No, it's going to be arbitrary. So do make sure that both ends are eased.
**Jade Clyne** *[54:03]*: Yeah, both ends on all rails actually have to be.
**Naked Heart** *[54:06]*: Well, well, the middle sections, the butt joints don't have to be eased. They just have to be aligned. Yeah,.
**Jade Clyne** *[54:23]*: I think I pretty much understand what you're talking about.
**Naked Heart** *[54:26]*: Yeah, I think that you do.
**Jade Clyne** *[54:28]*: I'm an old feeder bowl guy. I know how transitions work.
**Naked Heart** *[54:31]*: Yeah, well, this is all sailing technology. This is how mass tracks work and Dodger frames work on sailboats. And this Keter company is making all this stuff formula one race car awnings that fly off of trailers. Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[55:02]*: Have.
**Naked Heart** *[55:05]*: You distributed the Alps Himalayas document? So these guys know what those things are? Jeremy, Jade.
**Jade Clyne** *[55:15]*: I sent them to Jared. I don't think I've sent it to the build team, but I'll put that in our WhatsApp group right now.
**Jarrett Henson** *[55:26]*: Yeah, I'm looking at it. I'm gonna have to just. It looks pretty comprehensive, honestly.
**Naked Heart** *[55:33]*: It's dance and it's long. I don't expect that you do it now. Right. But on that master list, make sure.
**Jarrett Henson** *[55:41]*: To send them the. The summary doc.
**Jade Clyne** *[55:45]*: Yeah, yeah, I'm sending both. Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[55:53]*: On the master list, there's a section that starts on line 55 that says projects. And the first thing on there is dormitory shade hardware. And it just has a list of everything that's been ordered, whether or not it's been. It's come in. And what I see is all the first 10 items are the items you need to make the hardware. And it's present.
**Jarrett Henson** *[56:35]*: Where is that? David, I'm sorry. I was with you until the drawing tour. Hardware. So where is that actually located?
**Naked Heart** *[56:42]*: Shell Supply and Armory spreadsheet.
**Jarrett Henson** *[56:45]*: Yep. With you.
**Naked Heart** *[56:46]*: Master list tab.
**Jarrett Henson** *[56:48]*: Thank you.
**Naked Heart** *[56:49]*: Line 58.
**Jarrett Henson** *[56:51]*: Perfect.
**Naked Heart** *[57:00]*: Yeah. So all the way down to line 67 is. Well, actually to line 65 or so is. Is what you need to make these wires and poles.
**Jarrett Henson** *[57:21]*: Okay. This all checks out. I. I don't think I need a lot here, especially because I got an the image in the Alps document that kind of helps to support that. So. Yeah, it makes sense.
**Naked Heart** *[57:32]*: I've also started writing tools that you'll need on here because I realize you're kind of out in the sticks when you're doing some of this work. And it's going to be a real ball froster to say, oh, I wish we'd brought blah, blah. So it's not something you have to buy, but it's something you should be aware of. You're going to need. Like on 101, I put 1 inch Augur for pole base location. And Jeremy has some hidden things here from 79 to 101 that are all for the interactivity. We should probably move that someplace else. Jerry, can we talk about float switches?
**Jarrett Henson** *[58:30]*: Yeah, sounds great.
**Naked Heart** *[58:31]*: Okay, so we're on line 105 on that same document.
**Jarrett Henson** *[58:37]*: We did. We did get the. The first part of the shower built. So that was. That was good.
**Naked Heart** *[58:43]*: Good. Jeremy, did you have somebody make the float switch weights?
**Jarrett Henson** *[58:51]*: I think we're waiting for the. The weight part.
**Naked Heart** *[58:55]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[58:56]*: Yeah, it may have came today. I. I don't know. There was a whole bunch of stuff that came today. So.
**Jade Clyne** *[59:01]*: So those float switches that we have are little giant float switches.
**Naked Heart** *[59:05]*: Yep.
**Jade Clyne** *[59:06]*: And the manual shows it screwing into the side Of a little giant. But I think we do it that way. We've ordered the harbor freight ones. So how's this hook up?
**Naked Heart** *[59:18]*: Okay. Glad you asked. So what we found is most effective is to have the pump separate from the float switch. So the little giant float switches have an electrical connection that's a pass through connection. You put power in it and then the pump plugs into that connection. Now the switches, unfortunately float, so you have to keep them down in the bottom of the basin. And some people do that by screwing it to the pump. But we found it's better when you make them self weighted. So this whole thing here is how you weight a float switch. And you basically get a 2 inch by 2 inch angle iron, probably 6 inches long, pretty thick, heavy wall. You drill two holes in it and use some number 10 screws to bolt the little giant float switch to this metal weight.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:00:22]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:00:24]*: That's all it is.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:00:27]*: And so this gray water tank is like a cattle tank or something, Like a galvanized well.
**Naked Heart** *[01:00:31]*: You're going to have multiples. You'll have one in the kitchen underneath the sink.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:00:39]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:00:40]*: You're going to have one at the shower. And the one at the shower. I've been told they've decided to get cattle water troughs and to put the shower up on top of the troughs so that the trough then becomes a basin.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:01:01]*: Okay. So it's actually sitting inside of the trough.
**Naked Heart** *[01:01:05]*: So the float switch will be inside the trough, as will the waste pump.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:01:13]*: And the IBC shower sits inside that too?
**Naked Heart** *[01:01:18]*: No, it's going to sit on top.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:01:22]*: So you got to put like a wood top over it.
**Naked Heart** *[01:01:26]*: That's up to you to figure out. Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:01:28]*: So some of this is our design. So we found the IBC tote design online and we just kind of arbitrarily decided to put it in the basin. And we have to go pick up the basin from one of the stores.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:01:48]*: Okay. And how do you feed the water to the shower? I'm kind of getting this feeling you're going to put it in a one gallon tank of some kind With a hand wand.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:01:57]*: Yeah. So right now the basic shower setup is you go get some water and a bucket and then you take the little camp. Little camp setup that sprays out the water and it sucks the water up out of the bucket and then spray and then you take a bath.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:02:15]*: Okay. So that way you're regulating water usage.
**Naked Heart** *[01:02:19]*: Yes, yes.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:02:21]*: And then it should all leak out the bottom into the basin and then get sucked up.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:02:25]*: Okay. Gotcha.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:02:26]*: And then any other gray water that we have, we can just throw in the basin.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:02:33]*: Okay, so like in the kitchen you'd put it. You're thinking of putting like a bucket underneath the faucet and then take that water and dump it in the basin rather than having. No, no.
**Naked Heart** *[01:02:42]*: I would put another pump and another float switch in the basin in the kitchen.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:02:49]*: Okay. How many pumps did you get? We got two utility pumps, I believe from little giants. The ones that were recommended from, I think, I believe the float switches, like m. Something. I thought you got the harbor freight pump. We were going to get the harbor freight ones, but then I think you. Well, see, I didn't know what he had said, though. Okay, so you think we shouldn't use the. We need to use the harbor freight pumps.
**Naked Heart** *[01:03:20]*: No, Little Giant, real Little Giant ones for the Little Giant company are a premium product at a premium price. And if you want to go that route. But I wouldn't attach the float switch to them.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:03:33]*: Okay. You still use a weight. Okay, we'll look at. We'll look at it and see what we want to do.
**Naked Heart** *[01:03:38]*: Yeah.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:03:39]*: For entertainment. What does everybody else use?
**Naked Heart** *[01:03:44]*: It is all over the place.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:03:46]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:03:46]*: Yeah. There's so many different methods. It's all over the place. It's whatever.
**Naked Heart** *[01:03:54]*: What I personally do is I use pumps like the little Giant cross made by Surumi company. They're almost a macerator pump. A little bit bigger than most little giant pumps. And I use these exact float switches.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:04:16]*: Okay, we'll look into that.
**Naked Heart** *[01:04:17]*: These switches are really good. It's why after 10 years, we have centered on these switches and don't use anything else.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:04:25]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:04:28]*: David, can I ask about, you know, penetrating the envelope of the trailer with these items and what your thoughts are on that?
**Naked Heart** *[01:04:40]*: I wouldn't penetrate the trailer in this year. I. I would at. At most drill an inch and a half hole in the floor and put everything through that.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:04:52]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:04:54]*: I'm just thinking, you know, what your best practice is. So just for now, you're saying penetrate through the floor. Let that be the way that our gray water exits. Yeah. And then what about water?
**Naked Heart** *[01:05:09]*: Fresh water in, gray water out, and a power crate building.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:05:13]*: Yeah, got it. And just. Just for the record, guys, there are already four small holes at the. At the front of the trailer. So we could probably do that.
**Naked Heart** *[01:05:27]*: Yeah, that's where I do it. Up at the nose.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:05:32]*: That's great. I can. I mean, for me, it's pretty easy either way. It's just a matter of how we want to do it. But that's helpful to just kind of put a cap on how far we want to take it this year and then go from there.
**Naked Heart** *[01:05:45]*: Yeah, you guys should be talking about this trailer and what you want to do to it. Drinking beer for the next three months after you get back.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:05:56]*: I can do that.
**Naked Heart** *[01:05:57]*: Yeah. And I imagine probably the very first thing that you'll add to it is upper cabinets. Some sort of upper storage is like a real game changer. And just for reference, we don't use a trailer. I prefer a tent because trailers channelize the size of the space down that eight foot length. And we like the communal activity that happens around a bunch of people, all around one big table. And we get that in a tent. So I understand you want this so you have a ready and available kitchen system on your property. So you have a special purpose reason for doing this. But lots of camp just use a kitchen tent. Let's talk about water risers because I, I think that's kind of the last thing that really needs some download. So that's on this master list, line 149. Jared, do you see that?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:07:30]*: Yeah, I'm with you.
**Naked Heart** *[01:07:32]*: Okay. This is just a sample of the kinds of things that might go into one of these. This is where somebody's going to fill up their bucket of water for the shower or whatever. People make a mess. So I, I like to figure out some way of having this all happen over some basin. So maybe it happens on the backside of the shower. Like this cattle trough is longer than the shower. And so there's an open space at the end and this water riser happens back behind the shower. That's one way to do it. Or maybe there's a whole other basin, but you'll make a muddy, swampy mess if you don't have some collection thing underneath this. So then you have to figure out, well, how am I going to get my projection over that?
**Naked Heart** *[01:08:30]*: What I usually do is I put a T post in the ground. I zip tie this apparatus to the T post and then it has a horizontal pipe that goes over the basin. So in this particular instance, it's imagining the riser is 24 inches long and the projection is 6 inches long. It probably should be higher than that and the projection should probably be longer than that. But this just was to communicate the last time I had a phone call of what I meant by a water riser.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:09:03]*: What do you do about shower privacy? Wrap a curtain.
**Naked Heart** *[01:09:07]*: In my camp, we have zero shower privacy. It's a communal shower with no curtain around looks like a stage more than it looks like a shower. In your instance, you're covered on three sides by the IBC itself. You could very easily rig up a shower curtain.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:09:29]*: I guess I was just thinking if you put that drain over that trough and someone's taking a shower and you're going to fill a bucket.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:09:35]*: I didn't know what the modesty level was here.
**Naked Heart** *[01:09:39]*: I. My campers don't require any modesty whatsoever.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:09:44]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:09:45]*: Your campers will be different and only determine what they want.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:09:50]*: Dave, can I ask, can I talk about the. You know you've got a catch under the riser. We've got already have two dedicated float switches and pumps. How is that water catch? Where is that water going?
**Naked Heart** *[01:10:10]*: Well, either it is one of your catch basins, like if it is the shower itself. So cattle troughs are usually like 2ft wide and 4ft long, 6ft long, 8ft long. If you were to get two of them and put them side by side for stability of your shower. And at least one of them was two feet longer than the shower. Now you've got extra catch basin that the shower is not sitting on top of.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:10:46]*: Got it. So just multi purpose the basins and go from there.
**Naked Heart** *[01:10:49]*: That's one way. The other way is you have a basin that doesn't have a pump in it and somebody every day picks that up and dumps it in the cattle trough.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:11:01]*: Like just a communal gray water at that point. So that makes sense.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:11:05]*: Yeah.
**Naked Heart** *[01:11:06]*: Because you still a lot of dishwashing happens in bussing trays. You know, kind of like a three or four tray system of dirty water, wash water, rinse water, sanitized water. That's a four tray system. Well, that water has to be dumped somewhere and you don't want people bringing into the kitchen and dumping it down your sink. So having a big open basin that people can dump things into is really helpful and important.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:11:41]*: They carry the basin out, dump it in the trough.
**Naked Heart** *[01:11:44]*: Yes.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:11:47]*: That water gets pumped into something that is supplied for the gray water.
**Naked Heart** *[01:11:53]*: Yeah. Your service provider that pumps the gray water will supply the tank that holds the gray water. Okay. It's usually an IBC.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:12:06]*: And we just use a garden hose to pump it into that.
**Naked Heart** *[01:12:09]*: Yep. And you mark that garden hose as waste so it doesn't get used for fresh water next year.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:12:17]*: Got you.
**Naked Heart** *[01:12:18]*: But other than that, it's not any different than your freshwater hoses.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:12:23]*: Okay. 100Ft same.
**Naked Heart** *[01:12:26]*: Yeah. 250S is probably better than 100 footer because normally most of your gray water is generated Very close to where it's collected.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:12:39]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:12:42]*: So there's an access road behind your camp. That's where the gray water tank is. And your kitchen and shower are easily within 30 or 40ft of that location. So having twin 50s is better than 100.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:12:57]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:13:00]*: And buy double what you think you need because that'll give you some flexibility if you have to navigate around obstacles.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:13:10]*: And you said we're coiling these up at the end of the into 5 gallon buckets or what kind of buckets?
**Naked Heart** *[01:13:16]*: No, usually a 42 gallon Brute garbage can.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:13:23]*: 22 Gallon what?
**Naked Heart** *[01:13:25]*: Brute. Brute garden.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:13:27]*: Okay. Brute. The wind blew. I couldn't hear you. Okay, gotcha.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:13:32]*: You know this brute?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:13:35]*: I. I sent the most updated site layout map via Figma on the zoom to give a sense of where we're going to have water distributed and collected. Camp, shower and bathroom may not be perfectly laid out, but for the most part they're going to be right next to our semi trailer and our kitchen trailers. And then the potable and gray water tanks will be close to the access lane.
**Naked Heart** *[01:14:09]*: Jade, can I say something about that site plan?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:14:12]*: Yes.
**Naked Heart** *[01:14:13]*: The kitchen trailer will be at right angles to the semi trailer.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:14:18]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:14:20]*: You don't want to block your semi trailer doors and you don't have any way of really driving it into that location.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:14:30]*: Got you. Okay, I'll flip it.
**Naked Heart** *[01:14:33]*: It'll be off to the side closest to the adjoining.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:15:01]*: Okay, I've just adjusted.
**Naked Heart** *[01:15:13]*: So I'm going to go back to the agenda tab on the shell Supply and armory document line 108.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:15:28]*: Okay. So this is the hinge. The hinge technique.
**Naked Heart** *[01:15:33]*: Yeah. So it's my sensation that Shaka wants to take that project on all himself. So I'm gonna put out there that I am available for downloads and directives as they want, but they need to reach out to me to arrange that.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:15:54]*: What is the hinge thing? So the hinge is for the vegetable cold box. It's a. It's a hexi or it's a. It's a type of hinge technique to I believe put together the. Is it the. I guess like the foam or the.
**Naked Heart** *[01:16:09]*: Yeah, it's turning raw foam into a large coffin shaped refrigerated insulated box to keep your vegetables fresh.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:16:19]*: Yeah, he's working on that now.
**Naked Heart** *[01:16:21]*: No, it's almost ready.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:16:23]*: We have.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:16:23]*: Yeah. So David's just saying, you guys, we can do whatever we want and it's fine.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:16:31]*: Yeah, we bought some big strap hinges.
**Naked Heart** *[01:16:39]*: Okay. However you want.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:16:41]*: Yeah.
**Naked Heart** *[01:16:41]*: David, you're going to Surprise.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:16:43]*: Going to be the best fruit box in the world. Okay, we have the tool maker.
**Naked Heart** *[01:16:52]*: And then line 109 we just talked about that.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:16:57]*: Yes.
**Naked Heart** *[01:16:58]*: Line 110 is complete.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:17:00]*: Yep.
**Naked Heart** *[01:17:01]*: 111, We have the experts on board.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:17:05]*: Yes.
**Naked Heart** *[01:17:06]*: Okay. 112 We talked about. 113 Is done. 114 Is done. 115. How are you doing with mounting E track?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:17:20]*: So we are at the gulch right now. We have the E tracks. We were going to plan to mount them either today or tomorrow.
**Naked Heart** *[01:17:29]*: Okay, let's just talk about that since we have some engineers present. Typically those get mounted with self drilling, self tapping screws. You just get a ratchet driver and you blast them in through the pre drilled holes that come in the E track. You just find once you line up one of the holes with one of the metal supports that's behind the plywood, it usually falls on center all the way down. That allows you to not have to even drill any holes. You just blast fasteners in.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:18:06]*: Yeah, yeah, we got self drilling.
**Naked Heart** *[01:18:09]*: Good.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:18:10]*: One inch of one and a quarter or one and a half. Couldn't find one and a quarter. We took the one and a quarter inch screw out. I'm hoping it doesn't go through the outside. We'll have to test that.
**Naked Heart** *[01:18:20]*: Yeah, be very careful about that because usually it's one by one box tubing.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:18:25]*: So one and a quarter is standard trailer depth. Inch and a half with the self tap on the end probably will go through.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:18:35]*: Okay, yeah, we got.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:18:38]*: But if you washer it'll take care of it, Keith.
**Naked Heart** *[01:18:41]*: Okay, so I'm glad you have consciousness for that and I trust that you'll figure out whatever needs to happen. Jade, where are you at with number 16? 116.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:18:55]*: I mean 116. So that's the tent. So we have around I believe eight ice fishing tents. And then I think we ordered some shift pods. A lot of people are going to be bringing their tents as well. So I think that we're on track for tents. However, we do need to order the 4 or 6 inch trifold mattresses. We haven't picked a particular brand yet, but we do have some in mind.
**Naked Heart** *[01:19:23]*: Okay, great. I'm completely unattached to that. That's not my project. I just want to know where you were at with that. My sense is that you'll get a better idea of what you need once your population kind of flushes itself out. You know what, people's actual desires are exactly something.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:19:46]*: Hey guys, I'm sorry. I have to run, but I will circle back and I'm definitely going to be on site next week. So David, maybe you and I can chat if I get into anything as we get into it next week. Is that fair?
**Naked Heart** *[01:20:00]*: Yeah. Do you have two minutes to give me right now?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:20:04]*: Of course.
**Naked Heart** *[01:20:05]*: Okay. This lot, this one here, line 117, transition from IBC to fresh water pump. Since your brain thinks like mine, let me tell you what this is. So the IBCs they got have 2 inch national pipe thread male outlets. So we're going to screw a male cam lock fitting onto that. And these cam locks are like they have two levers on them and you can imagine them being used in a brewery or sometimes some minor fire hose stuff uses it. It's really common. And I have located a hydraulic hose shop that should have these things. So you're gonna have to eyeball what you have and specify to them how to make this hose. But you should have two fresh water tanks. So each of them need to have these male cam lock fittings installed.
**Naked Heart** *[01:21:10]*: There's a valve on the bottom of the ibc so that keeps the water in if you need to make any adjustments. And then you need to make a hose that has female cam lock one end of the hose and the other end of the hose will terminate either in pipe thread or something else. Because you need to transition to a tee. Probably three quarter inch pipe and two ball valves with male garden hose. This, this is where your pumps are going to connect. So you're going to have probably what I'm going to Guess is a 10 foot 2 inch diameter reinforced vinyl hose with female camlock one end, male and two garden hose outlets on the other.
**Naked Heart** *[01:22:06]*: So most likely you're going to do something that looks like 2 inch Barb that goes into the 2 inch hose, 2 inch male pipe thread as the other end of that barb and that's going to get bonded together at the hose shop. They'll probably band it or put a gland on it or something and then a 2 inch to 3 quarter inch reducer and then you'll probably screw a 3 quarter inch T onto that. Two close nipples, two ball valves, two more close nipples or possibly 3 quarter inch male to garden hose. However it all works. The end result is a transition hose that cam locks onto the IBC and provides two ball valves to two garden hose.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:23:08]*: Does that make sense as our primary source of water that we're diverting in two different directions? Right?
**Naked Heart** *[01:23:14]*: Well, it gives you two places to hook up a fresh water pump.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:23:18]*: Got it.
**Naked Heart** *[01:23:19]*: You could have one ball valve always off, one pressure pump that then splits into a hose Y and goes to your two locations. Or you could have two pumps with one hose coming out of each pump. Both of those work. Having that T gives you flexibility to add in a second hose pump if you need it.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:23:47]*: Yeah. And from that T to the pump is that hose you were talking about from Lowe's?
**Naked Heart** *[01:23:53]*: Yes.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:23:54]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:23:55]*: What I call a toilet hose.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:23:57]*: Toilet hose. Okay, so where do we get the hose made at?
**Naked Heart** *[01:24:02]*: I pointed to a hose shop that possibly Jeremy has written down. And if he can't regurgitate it, I will research it again for you. That's here in Longmont or Boulder. I just got on Google and I said hydraulic hose repair and I came up with a place. There's entire industry out there that makes hydraulic hoses for tractors.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:24:31]*: Right.
**Naked Heart** *[01:24:31]*: High pressure hoses for pressure washers, all sorts of hoses for beverage industry and wash down industries. And all those industries are usually combined in one shop. And that's a shop to call up and say, hey, do you have 2 inch cam lock fittings? And if they say yes, you say great, I'm going to come down and have you make me some hoses.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:24:57]*: And they have the correct type hose for water.
**Naked Heart** *[01:25:00]*: Yes, potable water.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:25:02]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:25:07]*: It's just vinyl hose it looks.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:25:10]*: I do a link in the chat as well just to give visualization of what the final product is.
**Naked Heart** *[01:25:15]*: Yeah, okay, but see you've totally followed what I was saying and so I really appreciate the way your brain works. And thanks for giving me the two minutes to give that download because it was kind of falling on deaf ears the last couple conversations.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:25:33]*: Yeah, it's a lot of schemas coming together to build that. Right. It's, it's to no fault of anybody's. It's just, you know, when you see it and you've seen it, then it works out pretty well. So no, thanks for the download and guys, thank you for the time. I'll bounce back out and send any questions. I just gotta run. I got some tile that's drying that I gotta get to, so. All right, thanks guys.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:25:56]*: Thank you for joining. And I'll send out a recording so that you can follow the some of the last things that we talk about.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:26:04]*: Okay, thank you. I'll get to that probably this evening. I just, I'll be in it for the next few hours. So thanks guys.
**Naked Heart** *[01:26:12]*: Thank you.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:26:13]*: Thank you.
**Naked Heart** *[01:26:25]*: So Jade, am I hearing you all here?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:26:27]*: Yeah, I'm here all the time.
**Naked Heart** *[01:26:29]*: Okay, good. That saves Me having to explain things all over again.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:26:36]*: No, I'm here, don't worry.
**Naked Heart** *[01:26:38]*: Yeah. So getting back down this list was a chest freezer obtained?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:26:46]*: Chest freezer was not obtained. But we do have two different chest freezers that were looking at. I just sent this Frigidaire 20 cubic foot chest freezer with energy star and it's a 120v from Home Depot. So if that looks good to you, then Jeremy can order that right now or after the call.
**Naked Heart** *[01:27:13]*: Okay. I don't see that it is linked in this document that I'm looking at.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:27:19]*: It's not in the document or I guess it's in the master list.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:27:23]*: I, I think were waiting for to calculate how much frozen food we had.
**Naked Heart** *[01:27:31]*: I don't think you're ever going to get that personally.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:27:33]*: Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:27:34]*: I think it's good to just have just in case probably, but I don't know, I, I mean I would imagine it's better to just order it and have it around.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:27:47]*: Okay, we can do.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:27:50]*: So we have the, we have GE and then Frigidaire, line seven. There's links to that on the preferred vendors on columns T and U. David.
**Naked Heart** *[01:28:01]*: Okay, so I'm on the master list tab.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:28:05]*: Yes.
**Naked Heart** *[01:28:06]*: And what line Number?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:28:08]*: Line number 7, columns T and U. We have two different vendors for chest freezers.
**Naked Heart** *[01:28:23]*: Okay. I, Yeah, I don't have anything to say.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:28:29]*: Yeah, what are we talking about? We, we just go get test freezer.
**Naked Heart** *[01:28:34]*: Yeah. Okay. Either of those should be fine.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:28:37]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:28:40]*: The price looks a little high. I thought these things were around 8 or $900, but you guys don't seem to be pretty too price adverse.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:28:51]*: Well, yeah, well, we got a good deal on the refrigerators, but again, I thought we kind of needed to wait for the calculation of the storage space, but whatever. Okay, we'll.
**Naked Heart** *[01:29:01]*: We'll get one. Okay. All right, let me look at this fridge here. So the fridges you got are the one that's linked here? Yeah, those should be perfect. 28 Inches wide. Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:29:30]*: Fridges, freezers, and this produce cooler. Yes. For storage of food. Of. Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:29:39]*: All right, so where are we at in the meeting here?
**Naked Heart** *[01:29:45]*: Okay, let me get back to it. So did you get a trailer hitch?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:29:58]*: I mean.
**Naked Heart** *[01:30:02]*: Yes, yes, we, we need to test it. We need to test it.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:30:07]*: But no, that, that's still a concern actually. I think probably j. Have we, have we tried it?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:30:19]*: We have not. I don't think we've tested it yet.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:30:22]*: Okay, we gotta get on that. We gotta get that done.
**Naked Heart** *[01:30:27]*: Yep.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:30:27]*: Yeah, it's on there.
**Naked Heart** *[01:30:31]*: Okay. Very soon, I'm gonna need to know how much power you want for me so that I know how to budget for the whole hub.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:30:40]*: Yeah, we had several conversations around this. Talk topic. Well. Oh, Jared's gone. Okay. So. Yeah, he was also going to help us calculate things.
**Naked Heart** *[01:30:56]*: Okay, let's try to. I'll put that on the homework for next time. Getting the menu into a buy list isn't so important right now as a priority, but we need to continue thinking about that. Semi trailers here. I'm going to reach out to find out how delicate it is for onward semi delivery. Like you said, the driver said, hey, you're kind of in a dead spot here, meaning it might be hard to find a driver. And I will make sure that we don't get backed into a corner on that one.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:31:40]*: The driver said that he can potentially come out for August and Jeremy has his contact.
**Naked Heart** *[01:31:46]*: Oh, that would be even better because you'll save a lot of money there.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:31:51]*: Well, I mean, the whole interaction was a little bit weird.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:31:53]*: He.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:31:54]*: When he found out I was just a dude, he was really happy. He thought I was a company. And then apparently he hates companies, so. But he. He lives in. He listened. Key West. I don't. I. I didn't quite understand how he. Was he going to drive all the way here to go to Reno? I don't. I don't know. So I. But I can. I could try. I could try to contact him.
**Naked Heart** *[01:32:15]*: Yeah, that would be good because. No, these guys are driving all over the place all the time, and they just string together one delivery with the next, and they have whole clearing houses where they find them. So. Yeah, he would just find multiple deliveries to string together. Were you able to order those? The Pioneer order?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:32:38]*: Yes.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:32:39]*: I. I called. I called and talked to Rachel, and. Yeah, she has everything.
**Naked Heart** *[01:32:44]*: Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:32:44]*: And they should be on their way.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:32:46]*: Great.
**Naked Heart** *[01:32:50]*: Line 128. I have some directions for what to do with the paracord, but I'm not going to do it this time. I want to wait till some of your other people are around and also want to get some particular measurements off my own paracord.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:33:04]*: Okay.
**Naked Heart** *[01:33:04]*: And that just leaves us line 128. You still have, Jeremy, the balance of your RV invoice to pay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:33:14]*: Oh, did that item go through okay? Yeah, I was having tons of trouble with Venmo. Okay, I'll get that on there.
**Naked Heart** *[01:33:21]*: Time to send me another six.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:33:27]*: Oh, that's weird.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:33:27]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:33:28]*: All right. Thank you.
**Naked Heart** *[01:33:32]*: And that's it for today. If we Want to be. You guys got any questions for me?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:33:40]*: Not something specific, I guess.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:33:42]*: We're gonna build this stuff, and if we have a question, maybe send you text message.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:33:47]*: We all the team here.
**Naked Heart** *[01:33:50]*: Yeah, that works. If you can give me a heads up too, like, hey, we're going to be building today. Are you going to be around for questions? Allows me to, like, have my phone with me and have the ringer turned on and stuff like that.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:34:04]*: Yeah.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:34:04]*: The goal is to finish the fruit box and the Etreck E truck today,.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:34:09]*: And then tomorrow the shower.
**Naked Heart** *[01:34:13]*: Perfect. Yeah. Send some photos of some of those things when you're done.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:34:19]*: Appreciate 100.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:34:20]*: We're gonna send you everything. Appreciate you, David. Thank you for the knowledge and the time.
**Naked Heart** *[01:34:26]*: All right, guys, can I mention something about the cold box?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:34:31]*: The.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:34:31]*: Called the food box?
**Naked Heart** *[01:34:34]*: Yeah. You said hinges. What are you doing with the hinges?
**Jade Clyne** *[01:34:40]*: Well, I don't know. She said something earlier about hinges, but when went bought all the material, we just. We bought a couple strap hinges.
**Naked Heart** *[01:34:48]*: Yeah, there really aren't any hinges like that. Hinge is kind of in quotations. It's a way of using tape to make a corner in such a way that the corner boxes and still allows you to fold it.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:35:06]*: It's.
**Naked Heart** *[01:35:08]*: It's an industry standard term for a way of using the tape for the.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:35:14]*: Tape, not for the actual box lid.
**Naked Heart** *[01:35:16]*: Yeah, no, the lid lifts off.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:35:19]*: Oh.
**Naked Heart** *[01:35:20]*: You need to be able to pick the lid up and set it to the side so you can reach into the box from all sides.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:35:26]*: Oh, whatever. His AI thing showed us putting hinges, like, open it, like. Like a chest freezer.
**Naked Heart** *[01:35:34]*: Yeah. You guys need to be really careful with AI. AI is not your friend.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:35:41]*: You know, it's funny you said that.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:35:44]*: Look, look, look, look. Shotgun's got a vision. We're gonna let. We're gonna support him in his vision, and it's. Everything's fine. It's great.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:35:52]*: We no longer want a hinge lit. You want the lid to lift off?
**Naked Heart** *[01:35:55]*: Yep.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:35:56]*: Okay.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:35:58]*: Oh, the AI does call it David's coffin, so. So we're now calling it David's coffin.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:36:06]*: This cloth hinge, which I'll have to have her show me because I don't know why you need the hinge if you're just gonna lift the top off.
**Naked Heart** *[01:36:12]*: Yeah. What I typically do with these things is I have two side pieces, which is a long piece and a short piece with a hinge joint between them. So those are two Ls. And then I use the Hexier tape to stick those together. To make the four sides and then the thickest material is the lid and it just sits on top.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:36:45]*: You don't have a picture of that, do you?
**Naked Heart** *[01:36:47]*: I don't. I have. I can do a download but apparently Shaka's real sensitive on this one so I don't want to step on anybody's toes but it wouldn't hurt to look.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:36:59]*: At it just in case. Yeah, I don't have a photo, don't have a download. Can you send him that photo?
**Naked Heart** *[01:37:05]*: I have a download but it's verbal. Okay, you want a verbal download?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:37:12]*: No, no, no. I think we just make a pur type and then we'll decide what happens after that.
**Naked Heart** *[01:37:20]*: Yeah, for this year you can't do it wrong. I mean if you have to rebuild it impromptu on Playa, you'll have plenty of materials to cut apart what you got and put it back together again as a one off. It's. It's all good.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:37:36]*: Okay, good.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:37:37]*: Send you a picture real quick, David, Of the vegetable cold box. I just.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:37:49]*: We can wait until on Playa and then he could be surprised. Yeah, David doesn't get so many surprises. Let's just wait.
**Naked Heart** *[01:37:59]*: Yeah, no, it sounds like you're fun having some self expression here and I'm just going to leave it be.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:38:04]*: Okay, cool. Awesome. Thank you David very much. I think this was really great meeting and I think things are going in the right direction.
**Naked Heart** *[01:38:13]*: Thank you for getting Jared in the mix.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:38:16]*: That, that was a blessing.
**Naked Heart** *[01:38:18]*: Yeah. Is he on fire? Is he joining you?
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:38:24]*: We do not know that yet. No, we don't know that yet.
**Naked Heart** *[01:38:29]*: Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:38:30]*: Wife will never let him.
**Naked Heart** *[01:38:32]*: So picture the one that you made or is it the one that AI said something about. Oh, is this another camp cold box or something.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:38:46]*: We have? Yeah, we haven't made it yet but the photo that I just texted you is kind of like the you know, idea of what we have, of how we want to build it out. Take a picture of what you got.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:39:00]*: Hey guys, I'm sweat. I'm, I'm just covered in sway here. The freaking Europeans have no ac. And I'm gonna go. So you guys, let's all this is wrap this up. Have a good night guys.
**Naked Heart** *[01:39:12]*: Bye bye everybody.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:39:13]*: Bye bye. Okay, But yeah, David, so the picture that I sent, you know there's the wooden panels on the outside and then we'll have the foam on the inside. And then I guess we'll use the hinge tape technique to put together the foam Panels. And you're saying that the top. We shouldn't have those straps. It's like it should lift off.
**Naked Heart** *[01:39:46]*: Yeah. So the way I make them is I don't have any plywood. It's all foam.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:39:52]*: Oh, this is all plywood.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:39:54]*: Wood. He's talking about the Hexagra. Oh, I got you. I got you.
**Naked Heart** *[01:39:59]*: And so the 2 inch material is the walls and the 3 inch material is the lid.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:40:05]*: I see. Okay. Yeah.
**Naked Heart** *[01:40:07]*: And I make it. I make the walls three feet tall because you can't. You can't bend over a four foot wall and get to the bottom.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:40:15]*: These are three? Yeah, yeah, we have a three. We have three foot wooden panels cut down already. We just need to cut the foam.
**Naked Heart** *[01:40:30]*: And then the material that I cut off the side panels, I glue onto the top so that the top registers. So then the cut pieces that are glued to the 3 inch foam sit down inside the box. And that keeps the lid from blowing off and getting pushed sideways.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:40:52]*: Okay, I got you. Hey. Sweet. Well, I think we're going to be working on the vegetable cold box today and the E tracks. And I can keep you posted and send some pictures later today.
**Naked Heart** *[01:41:18]*: Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:41:22]*: And then, yeah, I think everything else Jarrett's gonna be coming out like next Monday or Tuesday. And he said that he's estimated to finish within a week, including like our electrical system for the. For the trailer.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:41:36]*: But I'll.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:41:36]*: We'll prioritize the. The welding of the stakes and the keter rails and inventory management of our shade structure parts first.
**Naked Heart** *[01:41:48]*: Sounds great. Okay. I'll continue working with the master list and the agenda. So I'll probably add to that homework column on the agenda and I'll start flushing out the agenda for next week. So if you could just keep checking in on those two tabs, that's where I'll do most of my communicating.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:42:11]*: Okay, that's great. And if you could find or list on the agenda the. This, the hose, the hydraulic shop, that would be good so that we can get in contact with them probably by today or tomorrow.
**Naked Heart** *[01:42:29]*: Sure. Okay.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:42:34]*: Awesome. Okay. Well, thank you so much. And do you have any other questions for us or.
**Naked Heart** *[01:42:41]*: No. I'm glad to see there's significant motion. I was getting a little worried there, but it seems like you're on track. I think that you'll get it all together to get that trailer shipped out. My biggest concern is that you get some cab time inside the new truck. Going up and down hills.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:43:00]*: Yeah.
**Naked Heart** *[01:43:01]*: And then do it with the trailer.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:43:03]*: Yeah, I think we're getting the box truck registered today, so then we should be able to legally drive it, which will make that a lot easier.
**Naked Heart** *[01:43:12]*: Yeah. Good. Okay. See y' all later.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:43:18]*: All right.
**Jarrett Henson** *[01:43:19]*: Bye, David.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:43:20]*: Thank you so much. David.
**Jade Clyne** *[01:43:25]*: There.
