Meeting Summary
This was primarily a "download" session with David (Naked Heart, the hub's power/infrastructure provider), focused on transferring the how-to knowledge behind parts that have already been sourced. Jarrett Henson was introduced as new build muscle (welding, keter rails, electrical), and David immediately clicked with him. The camp is behind schedule but showing real motion. David's core message: the parts have been gathered, but the instructions on assembly hadn't been delivered yet — which is why the build team felt lost.

Jade:
* Fix the site layout map: rotate the kitchen trailer to right angles to the semi (don't block the semi doors), position closest to the adjoining camp.
